Johnathan began his legal career at the Ministry of Manpower, where he served as a prosecutor handling employment offences and workplace safety and health prosecutions. He knows exactly how MOM builds its cases, because he used to build them himself.

He later spent some time assisting in his family's funeral business, guiding bereaved families through loss and watching many of them unravel over estates left in disarray. That chapter shaped his approach to estate planning and probate work today.

Now in private practice, Johnathan combines these rare dual perspectives: the tactical precision of a former government prosecutor who stands on the other side, and the empathy of someone who has personally guided grieving families when legacies were left unprotected.
