Legal Consultancy on Employment and Workplace Safety and Health / other legal matters

Penalties for a first time offender under certain provisions under the Workplace Safety and Health Act can go up to $500,000.

We provide expert legal counsel to concerned stakeholders who are concerned with their legal risks, or who may be facing such charges.

Other than matters relating to Workplace Safety and Health, we also provide legal counsel for other criminal, regulatory compliance, and legal matters.

Costs are dependent on complexity of the matters.

Letters of Administration / Grant of Probate

When a loved one has passed away, you would need a court order to allow you to gather and distribute the Deceased’s assets. If the Deceased had assets that are less than $50,000, the Public Trustee can assist you.

However, if the Deceased had more than $50,000 worth of assets, we can assist you with the process.

Our price for such applications start at SGD $2,000, but prices are negotiable depending on your circumstances.

Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney

By making a Will, you leave a message of your love by exercising control over the distribution of your assets after your demise. You can make provisions for your loved ones even for those who would usually not be covered under the law if you pass away without a will.

Do up a Simple Will with us at SGD $350.

Lasting Power of Attorney (Form 1) is priced at SGD $150. By creating a LPA, you empower certain people you trust to handle your personal welfare and property for your benefit in the event you lose mental capacity for any reason (e.g. car accident, serious stroke, etc.)

A Simple Will and Lasting Power of Attorney (Form 1) Bundle is priced at SGD $450.

Complex Wills and LPA Form (2) are priced according to its complexity.
